The exhibitors who wish utilize the services offered by the organizer can announce their needs and requirements in due time.
Different services could be provided by the organizer upon the exhibitors’ request. All of these services will be charged for, according to ratio of their type and utilization:

Hotel reservation and accommodation facilities:
Upon your request we will arrange hotel or resort for your exhibitors. The price list will be sent to you to select best options.

Invitation letters and visa procedures:
We will provide invitation letters and application forms that you may need for visa issuance. Our partner travel agent will also assist you for any services you may need for your accommodation during your stay in Tehran. The deadline for applying visa is 5 December 2010.

Transportation services:
We will manage to pick up you from the airport to your hotel and vice versa. Your daily transportation between hotel and the fairground will also be provided by the relevant staff.

Special stand construction and equipment services
Shell scheme booths and constructed stands may differ according to their design and decoration or material:

• Prefabricated ordinary stands will be normally provided by the organizer if you choose the option of the prefabricated stands. Ordinary stands in Octanorm system are included by partition walls, spotlights, floor covering, fascia, electricity outlet and 1 table and 2 chairs for each 12 square meter.
• Special prefabricated stand:
  The exhibitors can choose also the special shell scheme which is beautifully designed and equipped by light boxes, trash bins, not limited special tables and chairs, in addition to the basic equipment which is provided in normal Octanorm stands with the lowest prices. Furthermore free invitation cards, free insurance and free electricity consumption will be offered only to the special prefabricated stands.
• Special design stands:
  According to the exhibitor’s desire, the organizer can provide completely different design for the stands with the materials other than the Octanorm system. These special stands are made by wood, MDF, HDF, aluminum frames or other available material which may be ordered by the exhibitors. Based upon the layout of such stands, the organizer will announce the expenses for building up, provided that the exhibitor send his/her order in due time. This option should be asked by the exhibitors not later than 15 December 2010.
  
  

Extra equipment and facilities for the stands:
Any needed exhibition facilities such as fax machines, LCD, DVD player, cell phone, displaying items… will be rented by the organizer upon the expenses of each one.

Customs formalities and clearance:
The organizer will provide any required service for releasing the goods and transporting them to the Fairground, such as documentation, temporary or permanent release of the goods, transporting and delivering the goods in to the stand and other relevant services. Application for custom services should be received by the organizer 2 months before the exhibition.

Publicity & Advertisement services:
If the exhibitor wishes to publicize in the local newspapers, networks, periodicals or any advertising environments, the organizer will supply him/her with the relevant services with the lowest expenses, provided that the orders received by him in due time.
